A very simple way to become visible during the darkness is to use something reflective. How about using a hat with embedded safety features?

Fleece - The fleece fabric is one of the warmest and most comfortable materials to choose from in cool weather. It contains 100% polyester (recycled material).
Lace - an elegant detail that transmits light and makes visible the reflective part that hides beneath it.
Reflector - We use high-quality certified reflective material with a reflection factor R> 420 in our products, which means that it reflects light from a distance long enough for drivers to notice pedestrians in time and to keep a safe distance.

About using:
Remember every washing cycle makes reflectors more bright less.
We suggest hand wash or delicate wash cycle for our garment. Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean the reflective parts. 
If ironing is necessary to iron the garment inside-out on the lowest setting.
Hang garment to dry or tumble dry on low.
